What breweries did we find this time around??

We was in the Springdale area on Saturday. So we started our trip with Leaning Cast Brewery Company. We had a nice sampling of beer and played with the puppy. Not big on pumpkin beers, but did like the Pumpkin Bay Retriever. Oh yes all their beers have dog names.

We left there to hit Cellar Works Brewing Company, this is in Sarver. There is a nice outside seating and you can order BBQ from next door (Smoking Toad). My favorite Beer here was the Cocoa Bean Stout (but my Fav style of beer). The single hop: Mandarina Bavaria was also nice.

Next on the list was Recon Brewing, is on the out skirts of Butler. The Beyond Saison isn't your normal Farmhouse...THEY HOPPED IT!! The Alabastard Stout was very good...but if you don't care for Hazelnut..might not be for you. But was a nice sweeter stout. I did really like the Azote Stout. We ordered the pretzel bites, just enough for 2 people. They have a finger food menu...enough to take the edge off.

Then we finished up at Butler Brew Works. The La Noche Triste was a nice finish up beer. But we mainly stopped for food. We tried the spam/Kimchi bites, was spicy with a nice texture. Also had the crab bites....yea could have used more of those. But started with the potato skins, not your traditional skin. Had a nice flavor but I wish the garlic was more crushed over the big chunks.

Happy Drinking
